1. Digital Products Only
COEXC is a marketplace for digital products only. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All products on our platform are delivered electronically, including:
- Source code and GitHub repositories
- SaaS businesses and web applications
- Digital startups and online businesses
- Software licenses and access credentials
2. Delivery Process
After your payment is confirmed and held in escrow, the seller will deliver the product to you through one of the following methods:
- GitHub Repository Access: You will be added as a collaborator to the private repository
- Code Transfer: Repository ownership may be transferred to your GitHub account (for exclusive products)
- Download Links: Secure download links for code packages or files
- Access Credentials: Login credentials for hosted applications or services
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: Within 48 Hours
Sellers are required to deliver purchased products within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
You will receive an email notification when the seller marks the product as delivered. The delivery notification will include:
- GitHub repository link (if applicable)
- Access instructions and credentials
- Setup documentation
- Seller contact information for support
4. Late or Missed Deliveries
If a seller fails to deliver the product within the 48-hour deadline:
- Automatic Refund: Your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method
- Full Protection: You are fully protected by our escrow system
- No Hidden Fees: The entire purchase amount is refunded, including any transaction fees
- Seller Penalties: Sellers who miss deadlines receive rating penalties
5. Escrow Protection
All payments are held in secure escrow until you confirm receipt and satisfaction with the product. The seller only receives payment after:
- You confirm delivery and approve the product, OR
- The 7-day challenge period expires without any disputes
6. International Delivery
Since all products are digital, there are no geographical restrictions. Products are delivered instantly worldwide via electronic means. No customs, duties, or shipping fees apply.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once the seller marks your order as delivered, you will:
- Receive an email notification with delivery details
- Be able to access the product immediately
- Have 7 days to test and verify the product works as described
- Can raise a challenge if the product doesn't match the description
8. Technical Support
Sellers are expected to provide reasonable technical support to help you access and use the delivered product. If you experience access issues, contact the seller directly through your order dashboard.
