All purchases on COEXC are protected by our escrow system and challenge guarantee. If a product doesn't work as described, you can get a full refund.

1. Our Refund Philosophy

At COEXC, we believe in fair transactions for both buyers and sellers. Our refund policy is designed to:

  • Protect buyers from products that don't work as advertised
  • Give sellers time to resolve legitimate issues
  • Prevent fraud and abuse from both parties
  • Ensure transparency in all transactions

2. The Challenge System

Every purchase comes with a 7-day challenge period after delivery. During this time, you can thoroughly test the product and raise a challenge if:

  • The product doesn't work as described in the listing
  • Essential features are missing or broken
  • The code/product is significantly different from what was advertised
  • Critical files or documentation are missing
  • Security vulnerabilities exist that weren't disclosed

⚠️ Important: You must raise a challenge within 7 days of delivery. After this period expires, the transaction is considered complete and refunds are no longer available.

3. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

4. Automatic Refund Scenarios

You will receive an automatic full refund in the following cases:

  • Missed Delivery Deadline: Seller doesn't deliver within 48 hours of payment
  • Seller No-Response: Seller doesn't respond to your challenge within 48 hours
  • Challenge Approved: Admin review determines the product doesn't match description

5. Pre-Purchase Cancellations

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if:

  • The seller has not yet delivered the product
  • You cancel within 1 hour of payment (instant cancellation)
  • The listing is removed or flagged as fraudulent

Note: Once the seller delivers the code/product and you receive access, standard cancellations are no longer available—you must use the challenge system instead.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Local Bank: 2-5 business days
  • International Payments: 7-14 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Challenge period (7 days) has expired
  • You've already confirmed delivery and approved the product
  • You changed your mind after receiving a working product
  • You lack technical skills to use the product (basic setup is your responsibility)
  • Minor cosmetic issues that don't affect core functionality
  • You violated the product's terms of use or license

8. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, COEXC may offer partial refunds when:

  • Most features work but some minor advertised features are missing
  • Both parties agree to a partial settlement
  • Admin determines a partial refund is fair based on the circumstances

9. Dispute Resolution

Our admin team reviews all challenges objectively and makes decisions based on:

  • Original product listing and description
  • Evidence provided by both buyer and seller
  • Industry standards and reasonable expectations
  • Communication history between parties

All decisions are final and binding. If you disagree with a decision, you may appeal within 3 days with additional evidence.

10. Fraud Prevention

Users who abuse the refund system (e.g., requesting refunds for working products, making false claims) will have their accounts suspended or banned. All refund requests are logged and monitored for patterns of abuse.
